  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high volume orders, processing may take additional time. We will notify you of any delays.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time varies by location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Semi-Urban Areas: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or operational issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotions.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct and complete delivery address

  • Active phone number

  • Accurate pin code

IZONIS is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.


6. Courier Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Ekart

  • Bluedart

  • DTDC

  • XpressBees

7. Undelivered / Returned Packages

A package may be returned to us if:

  • Delivery address is incorrect

  • Customer is unavailable

  • Courier cannot contact the recipient

  • The package is refused at the doorstep

In such cases:

  • We will contact you for re-shipping

  • Additional shipping charges may apply


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the package and product

  2. Contact our support team within 24–48 hours

  3. We will investigate and arrange replacement/refund based on policy


9. International Shipping

IZONIS currently does not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.
