If the product has issues due to a manufacturing fault.


2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance sale

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Customized or special-order products


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • Packaging, labels, stickers, and accessories are intact

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is available

  • Return is requested within 2–3 days of delivery

IZONIS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

To initiate a return:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Pictures/video of the product & packaging

  3. Our support team will verify the request

  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or ask to ship back based on your location

You will receive status updates throughout the process.


5. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement under these cases:

  • Product delivered damaged

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing items in the package

  • Manufacturing defect confirmed by our team

Replacements depend on product availability.
If not available, a refund will be issued.


6. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

Refund will be processed if:

  • The return is approved

  • The product meets eligibility criteria

You can cancel the order before dispatch by contacting support.

b. Cancellation by IZONIS

We may cancel orders if:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Payment issues occur

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Incorrect delivery details are provided

Refunds for cancelled orders will follow the standard refund process.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your bank — processing may take time
